Darren Da Costa – Managing Director


Darren founded RPR Trades following his successful establishment, then acquisition, of the Davidson Trades business.

Qualified in HR and Industrial Relations, and with consulting, management and executive experience honed over 25 years in the industry, Darren takes pride in listening to and understanding client needs, whilst applying a holistic approach to deliver valued solutions.

As Managing Director, Darren sets the strategic agenda for RPR Trades together with the leadership team, and also takes a hands-on role in developing and nurturing client relationships.

As the leader of the business, he places particular emphasis on assembling a highly talented and driven team, and enabling an environment that fosters enjoyment, fulfilment and success.


Andrew Crealy – CFO


Andrew has over 20 years’ experience working with Australian and foreign owned entities.

As a Bachelor of Financial Administration and a CPA, Andrew is a strategic, operationally oriented finance executive with an innate understanding of how recruitment businesses work, gathered through 15 years in the industry.

As CFO for RPR Trades, Andrew leads the compliance and corporate governance requirements, as well as all finance, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, management and systems accounting, procurement and ICT functions.

Andrew is focused on enabling a flexible and efficient business that is able to respond to client demands in a timely and affordable manner.


Karen Carter – Regional Manager Gold Coast and Northern NSW


Karen’s substantial experience spans 14 years in the recruitment industry, where she has worked with both local and national clients to achieve their skilled blue collar labour solutions. Having delivered across multiple industries including civil, construction, manufacturing, energy, transport & government, Karen has shown she deserves the glowing reviews she receives.

With a true passion for exceeding expectations with timeliness and safety being paramount, Karen builds lasting client relationships which see her being a well known name within the QLD market.


Damian Tom – Regional Manager VIC


Damian has vast experience in the recruitment industry, firstly having worked as a temp for a number of years as a qualified Fitter, and then moving into the agency world directly, where he quickly moved through the ranks. Damian has managed tremendously successful labour hire Branches and Regions throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria, as well as covering the unique Tasmania and South Australia markets.

After spending the last 2 years in a highly demanding and sought after role as a Maintenance Superintendent in a Refinery, Damian has returned to recruitment to draw on all of his technical, industrial relations, safety, and leadership skills to deliver superb results.


Hayley French – Corporate Services Manager


With 6 years industrial and mining recruitment, 4 years project management and 5 years business management experience under her belt, Hayley offers an all round approach to the RPR Trades team.

In her role as Corporate Services Manager, Hayley is responsible for governance, accreditation, process improvement, payroll, safety coordination, marketing and training.

Hayley’s specialty in systems  management allows RPR Trades to work with cutting edge technology to manage all aspect of the business.


Alana Haack – Regional Manager Brisbane and Toowoomba


Alana is a result orientated, enthusiastic and conscientious leader with excellent communication and personnel skills, possessing a highly developed organisational ability.

Alana has developed a strong business and commercial acumen throughout the years with a proven ability to design, implement and deliver strategic business plans. She has demonstrated an ability as an active problem solver and equally capable of using her own initiative or integrating into a team.
