About Us

At RPR Trades, we’re proud to stand out. We believe in the importance of people and service. Our company is built on five core values that shape our behavior and five key pillars that govern our operations.

It might seem straightforward, but we wholeheartedly embrace this successful approach to consistently satisfying our clients, candidates,
and on-hire employees.

The History

01

The Past

The current team established the business as Davidson Trades in October 2012, a part of the Davidson Group, specialising in the recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled blue collar employees on a temporary, contract and permanent basis, predominantly in Queensland. We serviced needs in Construction, Resources, Engineering & Infrastructure, Energy, Operations & Maintenance, Manufacturing and Government.

02

The Present

RPR Trades was formed in November 2015 following a management buy-out of the Davidson Trades business, with the entire staff transitioning to the new company together with clients and candidates, as well as the addition of some renowned industry talent.

Our specialised team is highly experienced in helping clients and candidates in metropolitan, regional and remote locations across Australia, on projects of varying size and scope across Industries.

03

The Future

We are passionate about delivering on our vision to become the pre-eminent provider of safety-focussed, high performance industrial workforce solutions in Australasia, and look forward to futher expansion beyond our current operations in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Our vision will be realised through genuine commitment to our clients, our candidates, and each other, and by honouring our values (the way we behave) and our pillars (the way we operate).

Tactium Insurance & Workcover

Formerly Mark Stipic Consulting, Tactium was formed because we noticed that many employers weren’t getting the help they needed from the WorkCover system. In fact, our clients have told us ‘the system’ often worked against the company and the injured employee. We know there is a better way! Our team has the inside scoop when it comes to managing workers compensations claims and workplace rehabilitation challenges – because we’ve been there. We’ve worked for agents, brokers, self-insurers, rehabilitation providers and employers and have developed many tools, resources and strategies to help you mitigate risks, save time and money and keep your employees happy and healthy. Founded in 2015 by Mark Stipic, our vibrant and dedicated team includes technical experts, specialists and seasoned consultants who can quote the legislation and help you manage all aspects of WorkCover, Insurance and other people related needs.
