Qualified in HR and Industrial Relations, and with consulting, management and executive experience honed over 25 years in the industry, Darren takes pride in listening to and understanding client needs, whilst applying a holistic approach to deliver valued solutions.
As Managing Director, Darren sets the strategic agenda for RPR Trades together with the leadership team, and also takes a hands-on role in developing and nurturing client relationships.
As the leader of the business, he places particular emphasis on assembling a highly talented and driven team, and enabling an environment that fosters enjoyment, fulfilment and success.
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience working with Australian and foreign owned entities.
As a Bachelor of Financial Administration and a CPA, Andrew is a strategic, operationally oriented finance executive with an innate understanding of how recruitment businesses work, gathered through 15 years in the industry.
As CFO for RPR Trades, Andrew leads the compliance and corporate governance requirements, as well as all finance, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, management and systems accounting, procurement and ICT functions.
Andrew is focused on enabling a flexible and efficient business that is able to respond to client demands in a timely and affordable manner.
Paul comes with a wealth of relationship and sales management experience across QLD and will be a vital asset to the BARQ business moving forward.
Paul is a true networker and relationship specialist which I am sure will prove very beneficial to both Paul and RPR Trades.
Karen’s substantial experience spans 14 years in the recruitment industry, where she has worked with both local and national clients to achieve their skilled blue collar labour solutions. Having delivered across multiple industries including civil, construction, manufacturing, energy, transport & government, Karen has shown she deserves the glowing reviews she receives.
With a true passion for exceeding expectations with timeliness and safety being paramount, Karen builds lasting client relationships which see her being a well known name within the QLD market.
Sam spent the first 10 years of his career in the Plant Hire Industry as a Branch Manager in the Surat Basin and Central QLD during the LNG/CSG boom. After a successful stint in Plant Hire Sam decided he needed a change and a timely approach from a large recruitment business saw him take a leap of faith and relocate his family to Victoria for a new career challenge.
After 4 years working with predominantly Blue Collar Labour throughout Victoria Sam has joined the RPR team to continue his passion of working with the most important asset to all businesses – skilled people.

‘Kevin has more than 7 years’ experience in the blue collar – labour hire sector in the Sydney metro and regional markets in both boutique and predominantly international blue-chip recruitment firms. Mainly specialising in mechanical trades across the infrastructure, defence and manufacturing spaces he has worked with job candidates ranging from mechanical fitters, boilermakers to trades assistants. Having a background in Business/HR (MBA) he prides himself on getting the recruitment process correct the first time.
With Kevin having a genuine passion for the industries he is recruiting in he can provide not only a recruitment service but an added consultative approach in which is valuable to his clients holistically. His main outlook is to grow the NSW business and cement RPR trades as a go to for Blue Collar Trades.’
Angela has 17 years experience in Business Management, Human Resources and Workplace Safety in the Mining, Construction and Engineering Fields. Angela offers an all round approach to the RPR Trades team.
Angela’s specialty is in providing leadership and sales focused management to support the RPR Team to achieve the highest levels of sales growth and client service possible while at the same time improving the safety of our team on the ground.
In her role as Corporate Services Manager, Angela is responsible for governance, accreditation, process improvement, safety coordination, marketing and training.
