- My Role with RPR:
As Candidate Services Team Leader, my primary focus is to source highly skilled Trades to support the vast number of companies that are serviced over the Gold Coast region. Focusing on Trades and Trades Assistants in the Metals, Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Industry, as well as providing skilled and ticketed Labourers and Operators to the Civil Industry. As a leader within RPR Trades, I am dedicated to supporting a growing company and providing solutions across the business.
- Why I like working with RPR:
At RPR Trades we work hard; however, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and have fun along the way. RPR Trades has a much-loved internal award ‘The Clanger Award’, which allows us to share some of the most hilarious stories / mistakes that can occur in a fast-paced recruitment business. I have proudly held this award in the past and am sure to be the recipient in future award ceremonies!
- What I do outside of Work:
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with the family, providing the usual parent chauffer service for the various kid’s social activities in place both mid -week and at the weekends. Where there is time left, I make the most of the amazing Gold Coast beaches and enjoy a surf, as well love a good bushwalk which the Gold Coast Hinterland is world famous for.
- Fun Fact about Me:
As a volunteer member for Wildcare South East Qld, I assist in the rescue and transportation of injured or sick wildlife, specifically Koalas on the Northern Gold Coast region.
